Just Love Don't Waste It

Present but distant

Alive but irrelevant

Precious but full of it

The lies I told myself

The schedule that pulled me out

The time I wasted

No crime just hatred

No love

But I made it

By myself

I took control of it

My fears kept quiet

Distractions held precedent

Time made none of it

I held all of it

Dreams that haunted me

Messages loud to see

No coincidence

Nothing makes sense

No love

But I made it

By myself

I couldn't do it

Hand signs

Stretch devine

Land lines

That speak what's mine

You called

Who's that?

I balled

You had my back

But why?

What did it?

No crime

No hatred

Just love

Don't waste it
